Welcome to the Chicago Department of Aviation Community Noise Resource Center.

The City of Chicago has developed this resource center to inform individuals and the communities around O'Hare and Midway Airports of the City's ongoing efforts including: The Fly Quiet Program, Residential Sound Insulation Program, School Sound Insulation Program, and Airport Noise Management System.
